Effective way to relieve stress

• less thinking : nowadays people engaged themselves in too much thinking either of one problem or the other but the question is, will over thinking solve the problem?.
Well if we could concentrate on what we have and less our thoughts then I think we could be able to control it.

• Fun activities : reducing of stress can also be acquired if we tend engage our self in fun activities like talking to friends, playing with friends or even watching an interesting movie or show on the television that's way too interesting.

• Doing what you love : must people tend to stress themselves on doing what doesn't seem to impress or improve their live standard in any way. I strongly believe that If we can engage ourselves in doing what makes us happy then stress could be reduced.

If I may say, most times adequate sleep doesn't relief or reduce stress. No matter how you sleep, if you're been disturbed within your soul, I see no way sleep will help you relief that stress.

Coping with stress problems is difficult these days. Though I am not a boy with this stress health problem, I am using this app called TalkLife where I along with other people try to give help to people with mental health people. Everyone is free to share their problems, stories, eating disorders, family problem, break up and so on openly. People will chat, try to resolve their problems through this app. Its a supportive peer to peer chat like app.

Effective ways to relieve stress:

  1. Meditation
    Do meditation for at least 30 minutes yourself in a quiet and quiet place. But if you feel you don't do it, the same effect can be achieved by praying or praying.

  2. Drink water
    Inadequate water consumption can make the feeling of being bad mood and emotions quickly rise. But make sure you consume water, not drinks that contain soda or other chemicals.

  3. Exercising
    Exercise and light exercise can be a powerful "stress relief" method,
    because exercise makes the body produce chemical compounds endorphins in the brain which function to make the heart feel happy.

  4. Eat Fruits and Vegetables

Sleep deprivation can make you experience bad mood when you wake up and it's easy to get cheap when you work in the office.

I handle stress a few different ways. I think the best way for me at least is to get that alone time, read a book or edit photos that I've taken.

When I have a lot of stress the first thing I do is a breathing exercise:
I breathe deeply through my nose until I fill my lungs, I hold it for a second or two and then let go by the mouth until the end.
I do this up to 5 or 6 times. It helps me relax.
As there is almost always something that makes me think about stress, I try to think about that cause, and write about it, which helps me to vent.

On the other hand I also go for a walk or do a routine of stretching exercises. I try to be positive and avoid what is harmful to me.
